10KCCU is 3 Wins and 1,310 Skill on October 2 lists, and 225 Wins on a September 30 list. WORLD3's egg is listed as both Common and Uncommon. THANKYOU is listed as both 4 and 20 Wins. The Shop notice is the reward you received.

It is disputed. October 1 to October 3 lists still include it, and the reward is consistently 1 Skill Potion and 1 Win Potion. Some October 2 lists mark it expired. Try it once.

SECRET2 and 3000LIKES appear on one October 2 list, as a potion plus egg and a potion plus Wins. WORLD5 appears on one October 3 list with no item list, so it is not in the table. A failed notice means stop retrying that string.
